Boston Marathon

DSCN2157
Golf Fights Cancer’s first steps were taken at the Boston Marathon, and as such, this event holds a special place of distinction in organizational lore.  Seldom fast, but always determined to finish and committed to fundraising, GFC marathoners run to do their small part in the fight against cancer.  We owe special gratitude to Boston Marathon Sponsor, John Hancock, which has generously included Golf Fights Cancer as part of their Non-Profit Marathon program. We are truly appreciative and grateful to be one of the beneficiaries of John Hancock’s commitment to giving back through the marathon.
