| "Every Day is a Good Day!"
This mantra of the late Pete Fox was top of mind for all in attendance at GFC's 9th Annual Gator Good Guys Invitational held on Saturday at TPC Sawgrass.
The 'Friends of Pete' joined the UF Men's golf team, Gator golf alumni, and special members of the GFC community for a day filled with inspiration, giving back, and the power of "showing up."
With exceptional weather that only Pete could have delivered in the midst of a cold snap, Saturday proved to be one of the best Gator Good Guys yet! |

| Delivering inspirational opening remarks outlining the profound impact created by GFC and the Gator Good Guys community, Eric Baldwin set the tone for an unforgettable day on the Stadium course.
One-third of the field were first-time participants, while more than sixteen attendees have participated every year since the event's inception.
Event winners include 1st Place Net: Joe Howley, Pat Lawler, Jim Melvin, Jim O'Rourke, and UF player, Trevor Gutschewski. 1st Place Gross: John Tyrrell, Kevin Flanigan, Dudley Hart, Quentin Debove and UF player, Jack Turner. Event favorite, Pam Fox, once again hit the ladies' long drive of the day, while Gator Alumni, Ryan Hart, hit the long drive for the men. Finally, Closest to the Pin went out to Joe Dattilo, putting it to three feet on #17's island green.

Since Pete created the Gator Good Guys Invitational in 2016, more than $2 million has been raised in support of children and families impacted by cancer.
Truly special, Saturday's attendees were able to experience firsthand the profound impact made possible by the continuing generosity of the Gator Good Guys community through the onsite presence of the Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville's new wheelchair-accessible van, and the remarkable reflection shared by Ansley Smith, a 2024 Dreams Come True "Dream" Recipient and Gator Golf Team Dream Reveal Family.
